It is a stipulation that all Uniform Service panel providers are registered under the Data Protection Act 1988. This ensures that all your information is treated as private and confidential (even when you are no longer a client) except where the panel provider is permitted by law or where the disclosure is made at your request or with your consent in relation to arranging a financial product.
It is also a stipulation that every panel provider has, and publishes, a Privacy Policy, a link to which is provided in their ‘Finance Partner’ area on the Uniform Finance website.
Finally, Uniform Finance is also registered under the Data Protection Act and will not pass any details transmitted via the system to any third party unless required by law or with the express permission of the individual concerned.
